Wine Tuesdays…

June 13, 2016

It was great to see Greek wine highlighted in Damian Barr’s column in the Sunday Times magazine this weekend. We couldn’t agree more… our glasses are definitely more than half-full! As Steve Daniel at Hallgarten said “Greece makes amazing modern wine, from some of the world’s oldest vines”.

Damian Barr featured Assyrtiko Wild Ferment by Gaia, a beautiful wine which we are pleased to have on our list. It is “a smooth balance of cool minerality and tangy salinity from Santorini”. Why not try it for yourself? Tomorrow you can dine in and pick up a bottle of the Wild Ferment or any other of our delicious wines at take away prices starting from £8.

Cheers!
