Try our Charcoal Roasted Quail

A new entry on our menu is our charcoal roasted quail.  Sweet, succulent and packed with flavour, we serve this game-bird with spanakorizo, a healthy and hearty Greek rice pilaf dish containing spinach, Corinthian currant & pine nuts.  It goes perfectly with our Greek white wine selection including the Cuvee Prestige by the Skouras Winery, so enjoy them this spring!
