Have you bought your tickets for this year’s London Greek Wine Festival? If not, we hope you have at least saved the date!
The event will run on the 8th & 9th October, and is going to be even bigger & better than last year; not least because we have moved to a fantastic new location at King’s Cross, the West Handyside Canopy (next to Waitrose). We are also thrilled to be joined this year by festival host Olly Smith. Olly is a multi-award winning wine expert, TV personality, author and columnist, and we can’t think of anyone better placed for the job.
Join us at this year’s festival and experience the very best that the Greek wine industry has to offer. We’ll be bringing together the most exciting producers from across Greece so you can discover everything from understanding the origins, indigenous grapes and their characteristics, influence of terroir and more, through to life’s simpler and divine pleasures of exemplary food and a jubilant atmosphere.
The festival is for everyone, the curious, the professional, the discerning or just the casual visitor who wishes to relax and indulge with us. Not forgetting the fantastic contribution from the guest speakers and hosts, sharing their insightful knowledge and stories with all of our festival audience.
As well as all the talks and over 150 wines to sample (look here for more info), our Meze Bar will also be serving delicious small Greek bites, plus cheese, charcuterie, select wines by the glass and some fabulous Retsina cocktails.
