Not only is it a fun filled weekend of wine and Greek food – but Meat N16 (none other than our suppliers for our delicious Colne valley spring lamb dish) are joining us to demonstrate how to break down a whole lamb.

Opened in 2011 by two friends who thought London was missing a good butcher, they are joining us to host two special ‘Lamb’ master classes especially for you!

With a variety of organically fed breeds, and along with their traditional ethos and sustainable meat, they have become a firm favourite on the London scene.
