A Greek Easter

This Easter is a great time to sample our tsoureki – a brioche-like rich, sweet bread.  Tsoureki can be eaten at any time of year, but it is also associated with several holidays – and particularly Easter time. At this time it is served with red Easter Eggs that have been dyed.  At The Greek Larder our toasted chestnut tsoureki is served at breakfast time, any day of the year, with vanilla yoghurt, Corinthian sultanas soaked in Greek mountain tea, and apple compote.  Enjoy it with a cup of our genuine Greek coffee – and maybe some sunshine if you are lucky.
