What are your favourite ingredients to cook with at the moment?

Wild nettles, crab, sorrel & rhubarb

If you had to pick anything but Greek wine to drink, what would be your go to?

I do love Suha Punta Gracin Tirada Babic from Croatia or Avincis Feteasca Regala – Pinot Gris 2013 from Romania. Both delicious!

What do you put on your first BBQ of the year?

Mussels, whole broad beans & new season lamb’s tongue
